Have you ever thought about trying Stand-Up Comedy?
Not sure how get started?
Think you could be funny, but have no idea about creating a comedy set, getting on stage or getting paid for comedy?
Our four week comedy course in Marylebone will get you set up and ready to enter the Stand-Up Comedy Circuit!
The four week course is held in the evening, once a week in Marylebone, London in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere with a maximum group of 6. This gives each participant the time and attention they need to develop their confidence, material and performance.
Each week you get the opportunity to try out material and get feedback from the professional comedian, and your fellow participants. Each week you will build on what you have learned from the previous week, developing and strengthening your comedy skills.
The fourth week consists of the final workshop, before you perform live comedy two days later, in front of a real life supportive audience - your comedy debut!
Your comedy debut performance will be supported by professional acts and a professional compere, great reasons to invite your friends along to enjoy the evening with you!
The next course will be held in Marylebone, London on Monday nights in January/February 2026, with the final session on 23rd February and performance on Wednesday 25th February:
Mon 26th Jan 7pm - 9.30pm
Mon 9th Feb 7pm-9.30pm
Mon 16th Feb 7pm-9.30pm
Mon 23rd Feb 7pm-9.30pm
Wed 25th Feb - your evening performance graduation show!
(Due to a prior booking there is no lesson on Mon 2nd Feb)

No – complete beginners are welcome. Most people on the course haven’t performed before.
What if I’m really nervous?
That’s totally normal. The course is designed for people who are nervous or have never tried comedy before.
What if I miss a session?
Missing one session is usually fine. I’ll help you catch up.
Is the showcase compulsory?
No, but almost everyone chooses to perform. It’s a warm, supportive audience.
What do I need to bring?
A notebook, a pen and yourself.
What sort of people take the course?
All ages, backgrounds and confidence levels. Anyone who wants to try something new, build confidence or challenge themselves in
a supportive space. I’ve worked with radio presenters, musicians and reality TV performers. This course is often booked as a gift, or as a January creative reset for people looking to try
stand-up comedy in a supportive environment.
